Our Simple Snag List Process Overview
From your initial enquiry to receiving your detailed snag list, we've streamlined our snag list inspection process across Leinster & Ireland nationwide to be as straightforward and reassuring as possible. We handle the complexities so you can focus on the many other challenges of purchasing a new home.
Enquiry & Booking
Contact us and we'll acknowledge your request, confirm our availability for your snag list inspection, and ask for any relevant developer documentation and contact details for our inspector.
On-Site Inspection
Our experienced inspector arrives at the property, conducting a thorough visual and working inspection of all internal and external elements, heating, lighting and various building regulation conformity checks. Sockets can be tested for an additonal fee. Socket testing is not included in our base package.
Snag List Report Delivery
Once the snag list inspection is complete, you will receive an invoice. Your comprehensive snag list is compiled and delivered upon invoice payment, usually within 1-2 working days. We will also happily assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have throughout, or even after the process is complete.
Re-Inspection (De-Snag)
Optionally, we offer re-inspection services for an additional fee. Our Inspector will return to the property within 2-3 working days upon notice of the snag lists completion and check through our report to ensure satisfactory work has been carried out. You will receive your invoice, and your updated snag list upon confirmation of payment.
